| 【英文摘要】 | The DNA finger printing can identify the quality of Chinese crude drugs accurately from molecular level.The paper introduce some correlative techniques which were applied in identification of Chinese crude drugs,such as randomly amplified polymorphic DNA,restriction fragment length polymorphism,mRNA-differential display technique,Sequence-tagged microsatellites,single nucleotide polymorphism. |
