摘要：目的 构建中药指纹图谱学体系，阐述中药指纹图谱信息学的地位与作用。方法 通过总结现有文献方法，集中概括中药指纹图谱学和中药指纹图谱信息学的主要任务与内容。结果 中药指纹图谱学体系由中药指纹图谱测试学、中药指纹图谱质控学、中药指纹图谱谱效学、中药指纹药代动力学、中药指纹药剂学和中药生物指纹图谱学组成。它建立在中药指纹图谱信息学基础之上，是中药指纹图谱信息学的集中概括。结论 中药指纹图谱学是一门新兴的学科，是中药现代化的核心力量。

Construction of the system of fingerprintology of traditional Chinese medicine

ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To construct the system of fingerprintology of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM），and to set forth the position and effect of the fingerprint informatics of TCM. METHODS The principal tasks and contents of the fingerprintology of TCM and its informatics were totally generalized by summarizing the available literatures. RESULTS The system of the fingerprintology of TCM comprises the fingerprint testology of TCM，the fingerprint quality controlology of TCM，the fingerprint pharmacodynamics of TCM，the fingerprint pharmacokinetic
of TCM，the fingerprint-pharmaceutics of TCM and the biofingerprintology of TCM. The fingerprintology of TCM was based on the fingerprint informatics of TCM，and it was the generalization and representation of the fingerprint informatics of TCM. COCLUTIONS The fingerprintology of TCM is a new system，which play an very important role in the modernization of TCM.
